These terms apply to your use of telova.com.au, operated by Telova Pty Ltd (ABN 40 698 337 450). Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement; these terms cover the public website only.

Acceptance

By accessing or using telova.com.au (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to public access of the Site only. Any paid engagement for software, services, or platforms (including but not limited to Telova Handover, Telova Connect, Custom Agents, custom websites, custom CRM tools, and SEO services) is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where there is any inconsistency, that written agreement prevails for the services it covers.

The information on the Site

The Site provides information about Telova's products, services, projects, and approach. It is for general information only.

  • Content on the Site does not constitute professional, legal, financial, clinical, or compliance advice. It must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
  • Case studies and project pages describe past work in good faith. Numbers, timeframes, and outcomes are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication; they are not a guarantee of similar outcomes on future engagements.
  • Pricing references, where given, are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Actual pricing is set out in writing in a scoping document or proposal.
  • We reserve the right to change, update, or remove any content on the Site at any time, without notice.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, source code, JSON-LD structured data, and the underlying compilation of these elements, is owned by Telova Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Reproducing, republishing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting Site content commercially without our prior written consent is not permitted.

“Telova”, the Telova wordmark, the Telova icon (lowercase “t” with an accent dot), and product names including “Telova Handover” and “Telova Connect” are trade marks of Telova Pty Ltd. Other trade marks, product names, and company names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Australian law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it runs on, or any related systems or networks.
  • Use automated systems (including scrapers, bots, crawlers, or similar tools) to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Submit content through forms that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, harmful, harassing, or that contains viruses or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any security feature of the Site.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Site beyond what is normally exposed to a web browser.

Those third parties are not under our control. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telova Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage (including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law but can be limited, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having that information resupplied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL and the “Last updated” date reflects when it was last materially changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia, Australia. You and Telova Pty Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia (Adelaide Registry) for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
