You run the trade. We run everything around it.
A done-for-you digital infrastructure package for Australian trades businesses. Website, local SEO, lead capture, CRM, accounting software connection, business email, QR and NFC business cards, Apple Wallet pass, automated review requests, and paid ad campaigns. One partner. One monthly subscription. Built so you can focus on the work.
You focus on painting houses, building decks, fixing pipes, or installing electrical systems. We handle the technology, marketing, systems, automation, and digital presence.
Everything a trade business needs online, built once and run as one.
Most tradies end up with a Wix site, a Mailchimp account, a half-set-up CRM, a Xero file someone else made, an Instagram, and no idea where the leads are landing. Here is what we replace all of that with. Tap any one to see what it actually means for you.
Your own professional website
A real website, built from scratch for your business, not a template.
A dashboard you actually control
A simple control panel to run your own site. No code, no agency.
Getting found on Google
The behind-the-scenes work that puts you in front of people searching in your area.
Every enquiry in one place
Leads land in one spot so nothing slips through.
A memory for your business
Every customer, job, quote and invoice, kept in one place.
Accounting software connected
Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, connected to your quotes, invoices and jobs.
A proper business email
Email on your own business name, not a personal gmail.
A tap-and-save business card
A modern card people tap or scan, plus a card that lives inside their phone.
Reviews that ask for themselves
Google and Facebook reviews, requested automatically.
The admin that runs itself
The follow-ups and reminders happen on their own.
Built for the Australia your customers actually live in.
Sites are English by default, with a second language available as an option, Farsi (Persian) included. Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese and Hindi can be added too. When a second language is switched on you get a language switcher in the nav, right-to-left layout support, translated content (not auto-translated), and localised forms. For trades operating in multilingual suburbs of Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne, this can be the difference between a customer enquiring and a customer scrolling past.
Four phases. One package. You stay on the tools.
Kickoff
A 30-minute call to scope the trade, the service lines, the suburbs, and the brand. We collect logo, photos, services, and any existing accounting or email.
Build
Site, SEO foundation, CRM, dashboard, email, accounting software connection and QR / NFC / Wallet card are configured against the brief. Built on a standardised stack so every layer connects.
Handover
Domain pointed, email migrated, Google Business Profile claimed, dashboard credentials handed over with a short walk-through video. You can change a phone number or upload a photo without anyone's help.
Ongoing
Hosting, maintenance, support, SEO upkeep and monthly reporting roll forward on subscription. Ad campaigns, additional automations and feature additions are scoped as add-ons when you want them.
Any trade that wins work on reputation and local reach.
The system is shaped around how trades actually win work: photos of real jobs, showing up in local searches, trust signals like insurance and fixed pricing, and a quote-first way for customers to get in touch. The words and photos are tailored to your trade.
Where we work in South Australia.
Adelaide-based, building for trades across the metro and the wider state. Local pages for the areas we cover, with more added as we grow.
Real infrastructure, not a page builder.
Same tooling every site ships on. Means updates are cheap, the platform stays consistent, and your business is never locked into a hosted page-builder you can't export.
AI layer, designed before bolted on.
- AI quote drafting from a photo and a suburb
- AI email responses for routine enquiries
- AI lead qualification before it hits the owner
- AI chatbot for service-area + service-line questions
- AI review responses, owner-approved before posting
Built on the same Telova Custom Agents pattern. Spec first, boundary written before anything autonomous runs.
The first packaged build is shipping right now.
Telova is currently building the productised version with a family-friend painting business as the pilot customer. Every feature, every form, every automation is being pressure-tested against a real trade before commercial launch. The Bazmo Services build is the v1 proof-of-concept this is built on.
The straight answers, before you ever get on a call.
No mystery pricing and no lock-in games. Here is how it works.
What it costs
Most tradie websites in Australia run between $1,500 and $3,500 to build, plus a monthly amount for hosting, maintenance and SEO. Telova rolls the website, local SEO, CRM and reviews into one monthly subscription scoped to your trade and service areas, so it is one predictable number instead of a pile of separate bills. You get a fixed quote after a short scoping call, with no surprises.

Common questions about tradie websites.
What is the Telova Tradie Growth System?
It is a done-for-you digital setup for trades businesses. One package covers a custom website, local SEO, a quote pipeline, CRM, connected accounting software, business email, QR and NFC cards, and automated review requests, built and run by Telova so you can stay on the tools.
Do you just build websites for tradies, or more?
A website is the centre of it, but on its own a website does not win work. We pair the site with local SEO to get found, a quote pipeline and CRM to catch every enquiry, and review automation to build reputation. It is the whole system, run as one.
How much does a tradie website cost?
Most tradie websites in Australia cost between $1,500 and $3,500 to build, plus a monthly amount for hosting, maintenance and SEO. Telova runs the website, local SEO, CRM and reviews as one monthly subscription. Our tradie website cost guide breaks the numbers down.
Which trades do you build for?
Any trade that wins work on reputation and local reach: painters, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, builders, roofers, cleaners, carpenters, concreters and handymen. The words and photos are tailored to your trade.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
Telova is an Adelaide software company. We work with trades across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, and with trades across Australia.
